During my childhood I lived in Shepparton, a country Victorian town in Australia, the youngest of five children.
My father passed shortly before my birth and the family enjoyed the attentions of a loving mother.
There are fond memories of the Goulburn River that flowed opposite our home; where many a summer's day was spent
down at the swimming hole; and my playground the natural bushland that put me in touch with Mother Earth.

The sun hitting the water whilst sitting on the 'diving' log in the middle of the river; along with the Tarzan swing where we
dropped into the clear water; and the mud slide are memories worth recalling when living in city settings.
I am very grateful to say that my childhood memories were of a loving home, a close family and a 'growing up' time in my life to treasure.
